TERMS OF SERVICE
Always subject to change. Changes will only effect customers after said changes.
ORDERING
- Please reach out to be via email or Twitter DM to order.
- I ask that you have information such as Name, Theme, Color Palette, etc.
- I may charge extra for concepts that are not fully developed.
CREDIT & USAGE
- All commissions include Commercial Usage in the cases of promotional purposes. Usage of my work in NFT's is not allowed. Usage of my work in merchandising is not allowed without approval.
- Always give credit where possible. Please reference back to my Twitter, @AmatsukiLuni.
- Do not heavily reference, edit, or resell my work. The reselling of my work may be allowed with approval in cases of transferring your brand to another party. Please contact me first.
- I reserve the right to share commissions as portfolio examples on social media. Exceptions can be made for projects that may want to be kept private for certain amounts of time.
PROCESS
- I have the right to decline any commission and terminate any current commission if I do not feel comfortable continuing.
- I work based on my avaliablity and will usually not work based on deadline. Commissions can take anywhere from 1-6 months depending on commission quantity. If you have a deadline, please mention it before I send an invoice!
- I only accept payment through Paypal invoice.
- I require full payment upfront before I begin the commission and a 20% non-refundable fee to be placed on my waitlist. I will not start until I receive it.
- If I do not receive any response within 1 week after initially contacting you, I will release your waitlist slot.
- If your DM's are not open at the time of initial contact, your slot will be released.
- Progress will only continue after I get your approval on progress updates. There is no rush to respond to my messages, but please be aware that this may extend the time needed to complete the commission.
- I mainly use Adobe Illustrator for my work. If PSD files are needed, they are converted from AI files. I will not be able to provide assistance if another program aside from these are used.
- You are always able to ask for progress updates.
- I allow unlimited revisions. It will cost extra if something that is requested will require me to change a whole concept or something that was previously approved. This is a case-by-case price.
DELIVERY
- Commission delivery may vary based on the quantity of commissioned items. In most cases, I will not be able to provide an exact completion date.
- If there is any cause for major delays, I will always contact the customer.
- All files will be given to the customer in a Google Drive folder. This storage of files is NOT permanent, so please download and store them yourself.
REFUND POLICY
- I do not allow refunds unless there have been no progress updates for 2 months since payment. This does not apply if the customer has been unresponsive to a previously sent update.
- If I must delay a commission from a promised deadline and we cannot agree on a new one or if there is a failure to deliver within a promised deadline, I will refund per unfinished product.
- There is no fee for dropping out of my waitlist. Please just let me know if you would no longer like a slot!
CAN DO
- Vector-based Graphic Design.
- Graphics that require Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
CANNOT DO
- Translations of names from English to other languages. All translations must be provided to me!
- Illustrations / Art to be displayed alongside my graphics. Please have permission to use artworks if they are provided to me.
